Much of the offseason for fans and observers was spent wondering whether the Seattle Seahawks would continue to underutilize the skills and talents of future Hall of Fame quarterback Russell Wilson, or whether they’d open things up and let Russ cook. While there is still quite a bit of season left, at least through the first three weeks the answer has been, without question, that Russ is being handed his chef’s hat and allowed to do what he does best. That has led to an NFL record 14 touchdown passes through three games, and two NFC Offensive Player of the Week awards.
