The Seahawks’ Ricardo Lockette was taken off the field on a cart after a violent collision with the Cowboys’ Jeff Heath near midfield during a Seattle punt.
Lockette appeared to not move for several minutes as the medical staffs from both teams attended to him.
Tempers also flared for a few minutes, with Michael Bennett getting the most animated, but the scene otherwise became somber.
Once Lockette was put on the cart, he raised both fists, then raised his right fist before making an “L” sign with his right hand as the cart drove into the tunnel.
