Uchenna Nwosu activated to 53-man roster, nominated for Walter Payton Man of the Year

It has been a great news day for Uchenna Nwosu.

On Wednesday morning, Nwosu was announced as the Seattle Seahawks nominee for the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award, an honor bestowed to one NFL player each year for his excellence on and off the field. This is the second time in Nwosu’s career that he has been nominated for this honor, the first coming in his second season with the Los Angeles Chargers.
