Ahead of Monday night’s showdown against the Detroit Lions, the Seattle Seahawks have officially released this week’s captains. It might be a bit of a surprise to some of you that Laken Tomlinson gets the tip of the cap this week. The Lions drafted Tomlinson at the end of the first round in 2015 – and he played two years there. He’s had a bit of trouble from time to time – leaning into Macdonald’s defense – but he has had a few cool moments, like teaming up with Charles Cross to open a hole for Zach Charbonnet on this run last week.
