LAS VEGAS -- For the second straight week, we have a new No. 1 team in the NFL Vegas Rankings, but it's probably not the team everyone assumes it will be.
The Seattle Seahawks, not the undefeated Carolina Panthers, have leapfrogged to the top of the power ratings that are a composite of ESPN Chalk's panel of NFL handicappers -- Sal Selvaggio of madduxsports.com, Erin Rynning and yours truly, Dave Tuley. The Seahawks' 35-6 rout at Baltimore was part of the 2-point increase in their power rating as well as also having a suddenly explosive offense to go with their strong defense.
