Trevone Boykin arrested on marijuana and public intoxication charges

Seahawks backup quarterback Trevone Boykin was arrested on Monday morning in Dallas on marijuana and public intoxication charges, as reported by ESPN.com news services.

He was also a passenger in a car that hit pedestrians and then a nightclub. The accident injured eight people and sent seven people to local hospitals. None of the injuries were considered life-threatening, according to police.

According to ESPN.com news services, the police say that at 2:10 a.m. local time, Shabrika Bailey, reversed the vehicle at a high seed which hit several pedestrians on the sidewalk, and then hit the side of Side Bar in Dallas.
