It was just hours ago that Field Gulls published its most recent 53 man roster projections for both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball for the Seattle Seahawks, and now general manager John Schneider has gone and made a mockery of both projections. First reports emerged that the Seahawks were expected to add tight end Luke Willson, with whom the team has a long history of an on again, off again relationship.
Then, later Tuesday NFL Insider Tom Pelissero broke the news that the Seahawks have acquired a cornerback, though it’s likely not the name most Seattle fans wanted to hear, since it may be a name that is unfamiliar to many fans.
