The Seattle Seahawks wrapped up their preseason Thursday night with what could charitably be called a middling effort in a 23-21 win over the Raiders at Oakland. The Seahawks ended their exhibition slate with a 3-1 record.
Most of Seattle's starters got just one series, with a couple of notable exceptions being right tackles Garry Gilliam and J'Marcus Webb, who rotated through the third quarter as each attempted to stake his claim to the starting job.
