The Seahawks aren't going to give away too much in terms of their practice M.O. and the specific things that they teach their players, but it's pretty cool to see that they're incorporating more video and mic'd up segments as part of their media coverage this season. It's only rookie camp and we're already getting behind the scenes "SoundFX" style videos starring Assistant Head Coach and Offensive Line Coach Tom Cable and Special Teams Coordinator Brian Schneider.
