When the Seattle Seahawks acquired backup quarterback Sam Howell from the Washington Commanders, a total of four draft picks were swapped. Seattle gave up one of its third-rounders and a fifth-rounder to Washington, who sent the Seahawks a fourth- and sixth-round pick.
