We’re one week away from the Seattle Seahawks’ preseason opener. I’ve traveled from Portland to Seattle to attend the mock game at Lumen Field, which functions as a dress rehearsal of sorts for the three-game exhibition slate.
It’s safe to say that there is no quarterback competition, with Geno Smith comfortably ahead of Sam Howell and P.J. Walker for the starting spot. There are, however, a lot of undecided roster spots and starting jobs across multiple positions.
The offensive line is anything but decided on the interior. If Abe Lucas ever gets healthy any time soon, the starting tackle spots are decided between him and Charles Cross.
