The Seahawks apparently will have to wait even longer to find out about the status of linebacker Mychal Kendricks for the 2019 season.
Court records for U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania show that a scheduled sentencing hearing for April 4 was cancelled on Monday. Instead, a hearing for a status conference is instead set for that day at 2 p.m. local time. It’s the second time Kendricks’ sentencing has been pushed back — it was initially set for January.
Damilare Sonoiki, who was an accomplice in the case with Kendricks and also plead guilty, is scheduled for a sentencing in mid-July and it’s possible Kendricks’ case may also not be resolved until then.
