A handful of those penalties were for illegal contact, holding or pass interference down the field on Seattle linebackers or defensive backs.
Cornerback Cary Williams and safety Earl Thomas raised concerns with some of the penalty calls in the Seahawks’ 39-32 loss Sunday night to the Arizona Cardinals.
The Seahawks were called for 14 penalties totaling 131 yards, and a handful of those penalties were for illegal contact, holding or pass interference down the field on Seattle linebackers or defensive backs.
“Shoot, I think that’s something that we have to evaluate ourselves and look at ourselves and look at what we can do better,” Williams said.
