Seattle Seahawk Michael Bennett is now tied for the NFL lead in sacks after getting 3.5 against the 49ers Thursday night.
When the dust — or at least, the famously unsteady grass — at Levi’s Stadium settled Thursday night, Seattle’s Michael Bennett had moved into the NFL lead in sacks.
Bennett had 3.5 sacks of Colin Kaepernick in the game and now has 6.5 for the season, tying him with Cincinnati’s Carlos Dunlap (true, his lead might be short-lived since the Seahawks have played one more game than all but one other team. But for now, that’s where Bennett is).
