Seahawks’ Pete Carroll on Deflategate: ‘An unusual situation’

Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll is staying mum on Deflategate, the NFL scandal that has captured the fascination of the nation. Sidestepping a question Wednesday during a visit to his alma mater, the University of the Pacific, Carroll had “not much” to say about the New England Patriots or Tom Brady, who beat the Seahawks in Super Bowl XLIX in February.
