Seattle Seahawks fan can breathe a sigh of relief. According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapaport, the team and head coach Pete Carroll are working on a contract extension.
Pete Carroll is entering the final year of his contract in 2016, and the #Seahawks are working with him on an extension, I’m told.

Carroll sighed a three year extension back in 2014. Coaches never want to to be in a lame-duck situation, so extensions are typically worked out a year early.
