The Seattle Seahawks came away from the Week 16 victory over the Tenneessee Titans in control of their own destiny, and able to lock up a playoff spot without requiring help from any other teams. However, they also came out of the game extremely beat up, with more than a third of the 53 man roster.
Specfically, 18 members of the team either did not practice or were limited participants in practice ahead of the key matchup for the Hawks against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 17.
