The most polarizing uniforms in the NFL are returning Thursday night. There’s no in between when it comes to the green on green look. You either love it or you hate it.
For the Seahawks it’s more the former, as they will break out the Action Green for the first time in 2021 on Thursday night when they welcome the Los Angeles Rams to town for a midweek showdown.
Other than the look, it has also sprinkled in some good luck to Lumen Field and its hometown team. Seattle is 4-0 in the Action Green uniforms and has brought them some memorable moments against Sean McVay’s squad, including a last second win in 2019 on a Greg Zuerlein missed field goal, a devastating Richard Sherman hit to Jared Goff in 2016, as well as Doug Baldwin teleporting on a fade route for a touchdown and breaking the ankles of Rams cornerback Troy Hill.
