Week 5 of the 2019 NFL season begins with our very own Seattle Seahawks (3-1) looking to get October off to a winning start against the Los Angeles Rams (3-1). This Thursday Night Football showdown is literally the first primetime game this season in which both teams entered the matchup with a winning record.
While Sean McVay’s Rams are coming off a shocking 55-40 home defeat to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Seahawks had little trouble dispatching the winless Arizona Cardinals, coming away with a 27-10 road victory. Of course, the defending NFC champions have won the last three meetings against the Seahawks, although both of last season’s games were down to the wire.
