The Seahawks may still lack that universally accepted, “elite” level WR (unless you consider Jimmy Graham to be a WR as much as he’s a TE) but there’s no questioning the quality depth they’ve assembled on this 90 man roster. Simply put, it’s as varied, and good, as any time in the Pete Carroll/John Schneider era. In fact it may be so good that the Seahawks chances of resigning any of the young receivers who don’t make the final roster to the practice squad may be slim.
So the question of who’s going to step up and take that 6th (and possibly 7th) WR spot is more crucial than ever.
