The Seattle Seahawks’ 2024 NFL preseason is finally here!
Unlike 2022, the Seahawks were unable to turn 9-8 into another last-minute playoff berth. This proved to be the end of Pete Carroll’s time as head coach, and now a new era has been ushered in with former Baltimore Ravens defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald. It’s a brand new coaching staff with considerable roster churn on the interior offensive line, the safety spots, and inside linebacker.
Based on Macdonald’s comments earlier in the week, the Seahawks will have several defensive starters getting some run in the preseason opener.
