The Seahawks have already clinched a playoff spot. Arizona will not be going to the postseason. Does any of this matter in week 16? Not at all. Seattle made the postseason last year and the Cardinals did not but it didn’t stop Arizona from beating the Seahawks at CenturyLink for the third time in four seasons. And it won’t stop Arizona this year either, only Seattle players can do that.
Seattle, though, is a banged-up group. That is my biggest concern. Is Arizona’s defense bad? Yes. And Seattle should score some point on the Cardinals on Sunday, but they also might have to outscore Arizona.
