The Seattle Seahawks will host veteran defensive lineman Ricky Jean-Francois on a free-agent visit, according to ESPN's Josina Anderson.
"It would be great to get a chance to get out of a 3-4 and play in a 4-3 because I would get to use more of my skill set and not be limited," Jean-Francois told Anderson. "In the 3-4, I feel like you can only do so much. But in a 4-3, I feel like you can get uphill more and disrupt the backfield."
Jean-Francois spent the past two seasons with the Washington Redskins, appearing in every game and starting eight.
