At the beginning of the 2024 season, the Seattle Seahawks placed three players on reserve/PUP list. Those players were defensive tackle, Cameron Young, safety, Jerrick Reed, and right tackle, Abe Lucas. Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald gave some clarification on the status of those three players.
Macdonald announced that Young is expected to return to practice this week and have his practice window opened. Meanwhile both Reed and Lucas will not be able to return just yet. Young has previously missed all of training camp with a lower body injury. Reed, meanwhile, is still getting back from a November 2023 ACL tear.
