RENTON -- Richard Sherman's Seahawks teammates insist his latest sideline outburst won't be a distraction for the team moving forward.
Nearly a week after Sherman went after head coach Pete Carroll and offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell when he disagreed with Bevell's play call near the goal line, and a day after appearing unrepentant and threatening to a ruin a reporter's career by revoking his credential after becoming upset with a line of questioning during a press conference, the Seahawks (9-4-1) maintained there would be no fallout from the incident.
Quarterback Russell Wilson, not generally known for his sense of humor, actually joked about Sherman's Tuesday run-in with 710 ESPN Seattle and seattlepi.
