The Seahawks on Thursday signed wide receiver Tyler Slavin to a futures contract. That means he will become part of the team’s official 90-man roster when the new league year begins on March 9.
Slavin was on Seattle’s practice squad briefly this season, signed on Nov. 24 and then released on Dec. 1.
Slavin began his college career at Arizona and finished it at New Mexico Highlands and was with the Rams in training camp before being released before the season.
