The Seattle Seahawks made several transactions just two days before their preseason finale against the Oakland Raiders, with two players coming in, one player getting waived, and two more having their season end on injured reserve.
With Seattle’s wide receiver depth a bit thin due to injuries, the team signed Nyquan Murray and Kahlil Lewis. Florida State’s Murray was with the Seahawks earlier in camp before getting waived. He caught 53 passes for 744 yards and 3 touchdowns in his final year with the Seminoles. Lewis, a former standout at the University of Cincinnati who led the Bearcats in receiving for three seasons, signed as a UDFA with the Atlanta Falcons and was let go last week.
