The Seattle Seahawks added a pair of players on the evening before the start of training camp.
The signing of Marcus Simms was made official on Tuesday afternoon, despite the news being broken last week. The wide receiver and kick returner made his mark with the Michigan Panthers of the USFL/UFL and will look to make the most of his second chance in the NFL with a Seahawks team that could use his speed on special teams.
The Seahawks also announced the signing of Jalen Sundell, an undrafted rookie tackle from North Dakota State, adding depth to an offensive line that looks to improve upon an abysmal 2023 season.
