It has been just over a month since the 2020 NFL Draft concluded, and the Seahawks now have the first member of their eight-player draft class under contract.
Fourth-round pick Colby Parkinson and Seattle reached an agreement on a deal, according to the NFL’s transaction wire. As Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times noted, all rookie deals are for four years with total values based on draft position.
Though details of Parkinson’s deal aren’t yet known, for a point of comparison last year’s 133rd selection—where Parkinson was taken in 2020—was Jarrett Stidham.
