The Seattle Seahawks have added a third quarterback, one whose name should be familiar to those who watched one of Seattle’s more dramatic wins from last season.
Former XFL quarterback P.J. Walker has agreed to terms with the Seahawks, according to the Seattle Times. Walker’s previous NFL stints were with the Carolina Panthers and Cleveland Browns.
Seattle brought in rookie undrafted free agent Chevan Cordeiro as the team’s third quarterback immediately following the NFL Draft. He was released shortly after rookie minicamp, while none of the tryout players, including former Maryland starter Taulia Tagovailoa, landed a contract to be QB3 behind Geno Smith and Sam Howell.
