At last, the Seattle Seahawks have their third quarterback.
With the team set to return to practice on Monday, the Seahawks added former Minnesota Vikings starter Jaren Hall to the practice squad. Wide receiver Easop Winston Jr, one of Seattle’s preseason standouts, was released to make room for Hall, a fifth-round pick out of BYU.
The Seahawks entered this year’s preseason with P.J. Walker as the third quarterback, but an underwhelming camp and in-game performance resulted in him neither making the 53-man roster nor practice squad. In comes Jaren Hall, who has prior starting experience as a rookie with the Vikings.
