Training camps are open, and the Seattle Seahawks keep on churning, including continuing to pursue athleticism on the offensive line.

Manning played at the University of Hawaii, where he was a teammate of former Seahawks receiver John Ursua during the 2018 season.

Manning is an undersized, but highly athletic offensive lineman, who continues the trend the Seahawks has shown this offseason of prioritizing athleticism up front on offense.
