The Seattle Seahawks brought Branden Jackson back to the 53-man roster on Tuesday, having previously been on the practice squad. In the process, they’ve waived TE Darrell Daniels, leaving Seattle with Will Dissly and Nick Vannett as the only TEs on the roster, as Ed Dickson won’t be able to come off the Non-Football Injury list for another three weeks.
You might be wondering why Jackson has been given the call-up. Well unfortunately it looks like the oft-injured Dion Jordan is hurt again.
Bumping up DE Branden Jackson seems to indicate DE Dion Jordan (hand/wrist) will not be ready to go for the #Seahawks in #SEAvsARI

Head coach Pete Carroll said on Monday that the severity of the injury was unknown, so it was a wait-and-see situation.
