The Seahawks, like every NFL team, are always in the market for upgrades for this season or the next. They have a tremendous opportunity to take the next step forward at safety with a gentleman from a division II school, Kyle Dugger. He may not have been on your radar before, but his performance at the NFL Combine turned a lot of heads.
The fact Dugger played at Lenoir-Rhyne instead of Washington or Ohio State (or whatever your favorite college factory may be) kept him out of the limelight.
