With roster cutdown day having come and gone, much of the focus of the final Sunday before the 2017 NFL regular season starts has been on which players would be claimed off of waivers, as well as finalizing every teams’ 10-man practice squads.
For the Seattle Seahawks, while they didn’t claim anyone off of waivers, three players they cut ties with on Saturday did get picked up on Sunday.
Since the waiver wire priority is determined by draft positioning, the Cleveland Browns were first in line, and unsurprisingly they grabbed Kasen Williams.
