As the calendar slowly makes it way towards the end of June, the arrival of July and NFL training camps are right around the corner. Fans of the Seattle Seahawks have been expecting third year running back Rashaad Penny to start training camp, and likely the season, on the physically unable to perform list. However, it now appears Penny is likely to be joined on the PUP list, at least during training camp, by the Hawks fourth round pick, tight end Colby Parkinson out of Stanford.
Parkinson becomes the second receiving threat in as many days to have been reported to have suffered a Jones fracture, as reports had wide receiver Deebo Samuel of the San Francisco 49ers suffering a Jones fracture earlier this week.
