RENTON -- Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman is no fan of Thursday night NFL football.
In his Tuesday press conference from the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, Seattle's loquacious All-Pro made his feelings on the matter crystal clear, calling the league's Thursday night contests an "absolute poopfest." (He wanted to avoid cursing when his mother might overhear him.)
The Seahawks (8-4-1) play their lone Thursday night matchup of the year this week when they host the division rival Los Angeles Rams (4-9) at CenturyLink Field, and Sherman didn't mince words when discussing the midweek games.
"It's terrible," Sherman said.
