The Seattle Seahawks have released offensive lineman Chance Warmack before he ever even appeared in a game for Seattle. Warmack sat out last year like many others due to concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic and while he was only on a one-year contract, his contract tolled into next season and Seattle opted not to bring him back.

Warmack came to Seattle with some hope of competing for one of the interior o-line spots that were open due to Justin Britt and fellow former Alabama guard DJ Fluker leaving, but after spending all of 2019 as a free agent he would have to wait another year as he sat out 2020.
