The Tre Flowers era in Seattle is over.
Ian Rapoport reported on Tuesday that the much-maligned Seahawks cornerback has been released upon his request.
The #Seahawks are releasing former starting CB Tre Flowers, source said, a move that he recently requested. An experienced corner with four years of starting experience now available.

Two weeks ago Flowers lost his starting job to Sidney Jones, who shifted over to LCB while D.J. Reed returned to RCB. He converted from safety to corner when he was drafted back in 2018 and unexpectedly became the starter.
