RENTON -- Even while he went unsigned for months after the 2016 season, Mike Morgan figured he'd receive a phone call sooner or later.
That call finally came from the Seahawks, and Morgan on Monday returned to the team with which he spent the previous six seasons, joining Seattle for the second day of training camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.
To make room for the outside linebacker on the 90-man roster, Seattle waived linebacker Arthur Brown, one of three veteran linebackers the team signed earlier in the offseason to add depth to the position group.
