Seattle Seahawks expect both HB Rashard Penny and CB Quinton Dunbar to return to practice.
Coming off of a bad loss to the New York Giants in Week 13, Seattle Seahawks fans should be excited for two reasons. First, they play the winless Jets this weekend and second, both Rashaad Penny and Quinton Dunbar are expected to return to practice this week.
