Seahawks QB Trevone Boykin cleared on probation violation

Seahawks quarterback Trevone Boykin will not serve any jail time for a probation violation stemming from an arrest in March.

Boykin was arrested in Dallas on marijuana possession and public intoxication charges, and he's set to appear in court for those charges next month, but there was "no finding of guilt" in the case determining whether that incident violated his probation, according to the Tacoma News Tribune.

The 23-year-old QB pleaded no contest earlier this month, according to the newspaper, and was fined $1,500, closing the case. He was facing up to a year in jail as a result of the incident.
