RENTON -- Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll told reporters he hoped defensive end Frank Clark learned a lesson after making disparaging remarks about Bleacher Report's Natalie Weiner on Twitter.
Speaking after Seattle's first rookie minicamp practice at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton on Friday, Carroll said he hoped Clark's public misstep could turn into a teaching opportunity for the third-year pro and the rest of his Seahawks teammates.
"Frank did not handle that real well, and I think he's done a nice job to recognize and made a statement of apology," Carroll said. "I think he's definitely learned from that.
