RENTON -- The Seattle Seahawks offensive line was the position group under the most scrutiny when the team opened up training camp on July 30.
After proclaiming all offseason that they wanted to settle on a starting five as quickly as possible, the players who began camp as "starters" -- left tackle Garry Gilliam, left guard Mark Glowinski, center Justin Britt, right guard Germain Ifedi and right tackle J'Marcus Webb -- have undergone a variety of tests and experimentation under offensive line/assistant head coach Tom Cable.
On Thursday's 11th practice of training camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, that meant moving Gilliam over to the right side in place of Webb and elevating veteran free-agent signing Bradley Sowell to the starting left tackle spot.
