RENTON -- The Seattle Seahawks' new-look offensive line will look even more unfamiliar than expected in Saturday's preseason opener.
Bradley Sowell, who joined the Seahawks as an unrestricted free agent in March, will start at left tackle while presumed starter Garry Gilliam moves over to the ride side in place of the injured J'Marcus Webb when Seattle takes on the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium (1:30 p.m. Pacific, televised on Q13 Fox).
Sowell registered 12 regular-season starts with the Cardinals in 2013, but was relegated to backup duty the past two years after Arizona signed free agent tackle Jared Veldheer.
