The first actual on field football, or at least something resembling football, for the Seattle Seahawks is on tap for the preseason opened Saturday against the Los Angeles Chargers, and just days before the matchup the Hawks continued their churn at the bottom of the roster.
This time around that churn comes at outside linebacker, with the team opting to sign Jamie Sheriff out of South Alabama.

In four seasons at South Alabama, Sheriff played in 37 games, recording 10 sacks and 17.
