The Hawks today released RB Jonathan Amosa and added veteran Will Tukuafu — according to Tukuafu himself.
The former Seahawk broke the news on his instagram page Saturday afternoon with the hashtag barrage of #Seattle, #letsgo, #seahawks, #12s, and others.
Tukuafu, 32, spent time with Seattle in 2014 and 2015. He has three career yards on five rushes and two receptions for 11 yards, including one glorious touchdown catch against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 17.
Last season he logged 208 offensive snaps, 8 more at defensive end, and 84 on special teams. His versatility and ability to play special teams can be endearing to a coaching staff that values both of those traits highly.
