The Seahawks dropped to 10-3 after a week 14 loss to the Rams. They are still in good shape for the postseason, however, and need to win just one of their last three games to get to the playoffs. Those games will be spent without running back Rashaad Penny, though.
On Sunday, Penny suffered what Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said was a “significant ACL sprain.” These are not the words anyone wants to hear, but especially a player who relies on quick cuts and speed to make his money. Penny is likely done for the season.
