Seahawks' KJ Wright is back. Paul Richardson is, too

Seahawks coach Pete Carroll acknowledged that continuously describing K.J. Wright's knee treatment as a "process" was rather ominous, so on Thursday he spilled the beans, revealing the linebacker was absent last week because he underwent Regenokine.

What's Regenokine, you ask?

An increasingly popular procedure that's typically performed overseas -- it hasn't been approved by the FDA -- that essentially involves collecting blood from the patient, spinning and heating it, then reinserting it into the patient. (There's really good info on it here.)

Wright missed the week of practice leading up to last Friday's exhibition but returned this week as a full participant, and his expected to play in Friday's game against the Chiefs, Carroll said.
