After already losing rookie running back Thomas Rawls to an ankle injury, the Seahawks caught another bad break Sunday against the Ravens when safety Kam Chancellor left because of a tailbone injury.
The Seahawks, who led 7-0 when Chancellor was injured, announced that his return was questionable.
Times staff reporter Bob Condotta reported that Chancellor went to the sideline after the second play of the Ravens’ second drive in the first quarter. He was examined on the sideline by trainers, then went to the Seahawks’ locker room.
Since returning after missing the first two games of the season because of a contract holdout, Chancellor had 74 tackles, two interceptions and a forced fumble entering Sunday’s game.
